We are currently seeking an IT and Development Engineer to design, implement, and manage computer applications and systems that support organizational processes and drive efficiency.ResponsibilitiesApplication Development & ManagementDevelop computer applications that solve or facilitate productive, storage, administrative, and other organizational processes.Design and implement solutions aligned with business needs.Write and maintain operating procedures and system documentation.Server & Database AdministrationInstall and manage SQL Server.Manage web servers (IIS).
Ensure confidentiality and security of managed information.User Support & TrainingProvide user support and troubleshoot application-related issues.Train users on system functionality and best practices.Compliance & StandardsComply with Safety, Health, and Environmental Standards.Follow Johnson Controls Manufacturing System Guidelines (JCMS).
