 SUMMARY:  
Our client based in the Northern Suburbs is looking for an IT and Software Support Consultant.    POSITION INFO:  
 REQUIREMENTS     Matric.  
 Relevant IT qualification/s would be advantageous.  
2 - 3 years experience in IT / Software support role.  
 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.  
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.  
 Experience creating training material or help documentation will be advantageous.  
 Understanding of software integrations and system workflows.  
 Leadership or team coordination experience will be advantageous.  
RESPONSIBILITIES  Software testing.  
 Issue logging.  
 Integration setup.  
 Client communication.  
 Client on-boarding.  
 Support team management.  
 Help-file creation (video and text).
