About the Role In this vital position, you will oversee the end-to-end management of over 44,000 assets. Reporting to the Head of EUC & Assets, you will coordinate a cooperative team of specialists to improve our hardware and software asset management capabilities. You will play a central part in ensuring financial transparency, licensing compliance, and the technical integrity of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Run ITAM improvement projects to ensure they meet strategic goals.

  • Governance: Act as the process owner for IT Asset Management, ensuring alignment with ITIL v4 and internal policies.

  • Financial Tracking: Manage ITAM budgets and report on asset depreciation and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Platform Management: Lead the configuration and rollout of ITAM modules within the ServiceNow platform.
