Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented IT Associate I to join our End User Computing team. This is an entry-level, on-site role focused on providing hands‑on technical support, device provisioning, and day‑to‑day IT operations for internal users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- User Support: Assist users with daily tasks and common issues in Google Workspace (sharing permissions, Drive organization, and Gmail settings).
- Provisioning: Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops and peripherals.
- Lifecycle Management: Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation and deactivation.
- Migration Support: Help users transition from Microsoft environments to Google Workspace tools.
