What You Will Do
- Analyse business workflows and identify process improvement opportunities
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Support ERP optimisation and ensure data integrity across systems
- Develop and maintain management dashboards and operational reports using Power BI
- Coordinate with internal technical teams on system and data deliverables
- Support digitalisation and transformation projects from requirements through to delivery
- Maintain SOPs and support audit readiness across key processes
- Provide cost-saving analysis and recommendations to management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, operations, or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central
