Key Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end IT coordination in Run Phase Engagements.
• Will be solely responsible for all IT needs of run phase engagements, bridging the gap between end users and IT world.
• A dedicated IT ‘Single Point of Contact’ responsible for an engagement for the life of the contract.
• Engagement relationship management with a focus to fulfill engagement technology needs and ensure a smooth ‘Run the Business’.
• Stabilize and operationalise core IT support processes.
• Involve in technical troubleshooting.
• Coordination with required resolver groups in major incidents, repetitive incidents be it – Infrastructure, Network, Application etc.
• Should be able to provide detailed first‑hand technical details in case of issues.
• Take active part in finalising functional requirements with delivery team for any application change.
