It Clerk

We are looking for a professional IT Clerk, for providing technical assistance to computer users.
Main requirements:
- 4-year college degree (computer systems career).
- 1-3 year of experience.
- Familiar with ticket systems.
- Proficient with end user management tools.
- Experience in PC and phone moves/adds/changes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to fluently communicate at all levels in English (Technical and Business level)
