Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and operate the standard Cloud Automation Framework (Infrastructure as Code) for SAP Cloud Computing Services.
  • Develop and maintain the Cloud Automation Solution Roadmap for the SAP Cloud Computing Platform.
  • Contribute to the design of new SAP services and define automation requirements.
  • Manage service orders and projects by assessing new business requirements and ensuring alignment with IT standards. 
  • Collaborate with requestors and project managers while adhering to policies and improving processes.
  • Provide appropriate service support for IT domains, IT subdomains, and end users.
  • Monitor and optimize SAP Basis service processes, and actively propose continuous service improvements.
