My responsibilities:
Oversees and executes Configuration Management activities across IPO/Foundation and service/product scope, ensuring compliance with global standards and accurate integration of Configuration Items (CIs) in the ServiceNow CMDB according to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
Configuration Management Process & Key Activities:
Monitoring of configuration health (CMDB, CSDM, CI health) on IPO/Foundation and service/product level, including regular health checks and audits of physical vs. CMDB inventory with corrective actions
Ensuring compliance with data quality standards; resolving or escalating data errors to Configuration Manager, ITOM or relevant stakeholders
Maintaining alignment with global configuration strategies while adapting to IPO/Foundation specific requirements
