The role focuses on enabling clients to adopt agile methodologies, modern delivery approaches, and future-oriented digital solutions while aligning with business strategy and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support groundbreaking digital and IT transformation projects by enabling clients to effectively adopt agile methodologies and modern delivery approaches.
- Design, develop, and deliver customised Agile training programs covering agile concepts, values, culture, behaviours, and best practices.
- Provide hands‑on coaching to agile teams, supporting day‑to‑day problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
