Key Responsibilities
- Perform posting of DCR for the company
- Handle posting of new sales transactions
- Manage and process CMIS transactions accurately
- Canvas and source computer hardware as needed
- Troubleshoot desktop-related issues and provide basic technical support
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving network and system concerns
Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in computer hardware components and setup
- Proficient in software installation and configuration
- Ability to research and apply solutions for network and desktop troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Degree in IT or any relevant course
