We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Staff to be our clients' post-launch expert. You will be responsible for system training, creating user guides, and proactively solving customer challenges through strategic check-ins. This role involves coordinating closely with internal teams to resolve issues and occasionally assisting Sales with product demos.

  • Provide post-implementation support and training to clients on system usage.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings to understand customer challenges and suggest effective solutions.
  • Support the sales team with product demos and client presentations.
  • Create and update user manuals or documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
