Job Description
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of working experience in IT deployment, project management, or systems integration.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Availability and willingness to work on shifts for a 24x7 operational model.
- Adapts to changing workload and assignments depending on the demand.
- Proficient in Sharepoint, Microsoft Project and Jira.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Documentation (Flow chart / DFD/ Component Diagram)
- Knowledge in Unix and PostgreSQL
Soft Skills
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, especially in translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
