Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Deploy and maintain trial and production sites.
- Customize meeting sites per client requirements, including updating texts, labels, and site features.
- Update meeting information, logos, and banners, and upload downloadable files.
- Maintain internal system parameters and update dynamic forms.
- Address support cases via phone, email, or online tools.
- Provide product usage and sales information.
- Analyze and route support cases appropriately.
- Conduct client training and perform environmental health checks.
