Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Service Management:
    • Oversee the delivery of digital services to users, ensuring that services meet agreed-upon quality standards.
    • Monitor service performance, resolve incidents, and track service-level agreements (SLAs).
  2. Incident and Problem Management:
    • Address and resolve issues related to digital services, including technical problems, outages, and disruptions.
    • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure quick resolution and effective root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.

Requirements

  1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Computer Science (IT).
  2. Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
  3. Able to commit at least 3 months. Students in their last semester are encouraged to submit their applications.
