Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities IT Strategy & Business Partnership (30%) Develop and execute the company's corporate IT strategy aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and IPO milestones.
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating business needs into practical and scalable IT solutions.
Anticipate future requirements and proactively design systems to support expansion, geographic scale, and increasing regulatory scrutiny.
Build & Operate Corporate IT from Scratch (30%) Establish the corporate IT function, including tools, processes, policies, and operating standards.
Select, implement, and manage enterprise systems such as:
ERP / finance systems
HR, payroll, and people systems
Collaboration and productivity platforms
Identity, access management, and device management
Define and document IT policies, procedures, and SOPs suitable for a public‑company environment.
