Performdaily IT operation supports including computer setup, software installation & backup User helpdesk supports on office IT infrastructure and Office Automation applications System Administrator tasks on servers and IT infrastructure systems that are relating to all network servicesincluding firewalls, networking switches, VPN applicants, Wireless Access Points & connections & Microsoft 365 Plans and manages regular scheduled system maintenance and upgrades. IT asset management on software licences and IT assets inventory. Support in new technology evaluation and IT hardware/software requisition assessment & purchases. Vendor relationships and liaise with IT vendors for hardware, software, contract renewal and any other IT infrastructure related items and services, vendor SLA assessments, vendor selections Review & improveIT policies and conducts education session to employees on good IT practices Internal IT documentation and administrative tasks.
