Requirements:
- Specialize in IT related troubleshooting, system setup, upgrading and maintenance
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Windows, MS Server, MacOS and related Hardware etc.
- Good knowledge in Networking, Printer, Domain, AD Server management
- Able to maintain normal day-to-day operation of multiple application systems
- Keep a good record of company’s IT assets
- Tasks-oriented with good service attitude
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and user support experience
- Quick learner and hands-on with new IT systems and applications implementations
- Able to speak Mandarin and English to liaise with various skateholders
