Duties & Responsibilities
Support and maintain automated material handling systems and related software applications, including PLC and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Perform software programming and development using technologies such as PowerBuilder 7, C#, Visual Basic, C++, and C
Manage and support database systems including Oracle, SQL Server, PL/SQL, and Transact-SQL
Handle web-related technologies and services such as Microsoft IIS Management, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and web services
Configure and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and Virtual Private Networks (VPN)
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer support services
