Job Overview

Support staff by handling Odoo queries, equipment troubleshooting, and routine maintenance across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for Odoo user questions and issues.
  • Create and manage user logins, roles, access rights, reset passwords, and resolve access problems.
  • Enter and verify data, run standard reports, and assist users in locating appropriate screens and reports.
  • Prepare and keep simple step‑by‑step guides up‑to‑date.
  • Report issues clearly and coordinate with the external Odoo partner, Elitbuzz, and follow up until resolution.
  • Troubleshoot hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, IP phones, CCTV, biometric attendance, and other office equipment.
  • Fix common problems with Windows, Microsoft 365, email, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and basic networking.
