Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Respond to user consultations and enquiries relating to standard and non‑standard client hardware and IT peripherals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to users on supported workplace devices and IT peripherals.
  • Perform IT asset inventory checks and updates at least once every three months, or as required.
  • Update asset records in the asset management database, including equipment make, model, serial number, owner, location, and installation date.
  • Report missing asset tags and discrepancies to the relevant support representatives.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to maintain effective and efficient IT operations.
  • Track hardware movement using the designated asset management system and maintain data accuracy across related systems.
