Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or onsite for security systems.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software or hardware issues promptly.

  • Maintain strong product and application knowledge to deliver effective client solutions.

  • Conduct in-house product testing and perform quality checks.

  • Provide software training to clients after installation.

  • Ensure smooth project presentation and handover.

  • Identify, recommend, and procure products to improve efficiency.

  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years of IT/network experience knowledge in CCTV or Biometric Access Systems is a plus.
