Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware/software problems
- Support IT team in setting up laptops, accounts, and user access
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Help with basic network checks and office equipment support
- Perform routine system updates and basic maintenance tasks
- Provide on-site user support and upscale complex issues
- Assist in onboarding new employees (IT equipment, email setup, etc.)
- At least 5 years of experience in IT, preferably in a remote or distributed environment
- Proficiency in a variety of IT domains, such as networking, security, cloud computing, web development, etc.
- Diploma in IT or related field (Fresh graduates welcome)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. English language a must.
