- Diagnosticate and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment.
- Manage incidents and requests through ticketing systems.
- Assist in the administration of systems and servers.
- Document procedures, solutions, and technical configurations.Experiência y requisitos**Requirements**:- 1 year of experience as an IT Technician, Service Desk Agent, or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
