Job Description

IT Help Desk Support Specialist

  • Support multiple offices with IT, networking, and hardware setup
  • Collaborate with corporate teams and senior management
  • Manage multiple projects and assist in new location integrations
  • Provide IT support across the organization
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Fluent in English & Spanish
  • Strong computer systems knowledge
  • 1-3 years relevant experience; maximum of 5 years experience
  • Associate’s Degree in IT or related field (new grads welcome!)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of remote access, networking, Apple MDM, and PC setup
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
