VISIONPOWER SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support professional in Singapore to configure, install, support, and maintain IT hardware and software including PCs, laptops, and printers. This role requires excellent problem-solving and communication skills, especially in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
The candidate will also provide Helpdesk Support and coordinate with customers for software upgrades. Familiarity with the semiconductor industry is a plus, and the ability to work on a shift schedule is required.
