Job Overview
This opportunity is for a back office IT HelpDesk Support role for a global investment management firm. Our clients IT infrastructure is managed by the Head Office located in Europe. OS, File, Email, Printer, and Blackberry servers are managed by the headquarters. What is managed locally are telephony, internet and the data centre where the combo servers are located.
Responsibilities
- Daily Helpdesk support for all users (19 users)
- Data Centre maintenance including combo servers and local applications
- Patch updates when required
- Manage telephony and internet
- Liaise with local service providers on hardware
- Liaise with the Head Office on IT issues raised by users
Qualifications
