IT Implementor & System Analyst

About the Role

Join us and be part of our team as an IT Implementor & System Analyst. You will be responsible for bridging business needs with system solutions and ensuring successful system implementation at operational sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement systems at operational sites
• Translate business requirements into system solutions (requirement gathering & analysis)
• Identify gaps between business processes and system capabilities
• Manage system transition and ensure end-user adoption
• Develop technical documentation (BRS, SOP, User Guide)
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for system development
• Provide first-line support, including analysis and troubleshooting
