Designation: IT Infra Lead

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience: 4–6 years of IT support experience in a Head Office.

Major Responsibilities:

1: IT Support

• Provide Level 1 support for IT systems on the Head Office.
• Troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, scanners, printers) and PC software.
• Install and maintain PC and networked devices in HO.
• IT Equipment’s and software Asset and inventory management.

2: Network and Infrastructure

• Monitor and maintain uptime of network infrastructure (L1 Support), Domain Server, switches, access points, CCTV, Firewall, NAS and IT vendors co-ordination.
• Coordinate system patching, updates, and maintenance during non-peak production hours.
