IT Infrastructure Engineer (L2/L3)

Job Summary We are representing a client seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer (L2/L3) to support and manage enterprise infrastructure environments across on-premise and cloud platforms. This role ensures system stability, performance, and security while supporting projects and troubleshooting complex issues. Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for IT infrastructure including servers, virtualization platforms, networks, cloud platforms, and endpoint systems to maintain operational continuity. Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure high uptime and reliability of IT services. Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes. Manage incident, problem, and change requests following ITSM processes and meeting SLA requirements.
