Responsible for managing IT infrastructure, network operations, and service delivery to ensure stable and secure IT operations in Taguig and support Pasig requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage network, servers, switch room (rack, UPS, NVR, CCTV, patch panels)
- Ensure high availability of internet and internal systems
- Implement network segmentation and security controls
- Supervise IT support activities and escalation handling
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and configurations
- Support compliance requirements related to infrastructure controls
