What are my responsibilities?

  • You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of services included in the Global Network and Datacenter portfolio at Yunex Traffic

  • Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, with a strong focus on delivering high levels of user satisfaction

  • Manage relationships between Yunex IT and service providers, ensuring effective handling of incidents, problems, and escalations
