Job Description
**Description:**
The intern will support a complex Hyatt Information Technology (IT) environment, ensuring seamless operations across property systems, including maintaining hardware/software, troubleshooting end-user issues, configuring systems, and managing IT inventory, and supporting hotel-specific applications. This role is designed for motivated IT students who are seeking hands-on experience in networking, systems administration, and helpdesk support in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Technical Support:** Assist staff with hardware/software configuration, deployment, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, assist with the implementation of new technologies, and provide training and support to staff.
