Overview

As a Senior IT Java Application Support Executive, you will be the backbone of our application stability, serving as a critical bridge between complex technical infrastructure and end‑user needs. This role is designed for a technically proficient Java expert who thrives in high‑pressure environments and is passionate about continual service improvement.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of application support—from performing deep‑dive technical triage on web and mobile platforms to managing vendor relations and automating manual processes.
