About the Role We are seeking a strategic and technically strong IT Manager (ERP & Infrastructure) to oversee IT operations and drive ERP system management within a dynamic technology‑driven environment. The role involves managing IT infrastructure to ensure system reliability, and leading ERP implementation and optimization to support business efficiency and growth. 
Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee daily IT operations including networks, servers, cloud systems, and end‑user high availability; secure and maintain performance of IT system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery, as well as IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
