Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Systems Management:

Manage and maintain all hotel IT systems, servers, networks, Wi‑Fi infrastructure, hardware, and software. Ensure all systems operate efficiently with minimal downtime. Oversee cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, and data protection protocols. Manage hotel management systems (PMS), POS systems, booking platforms, VOIP, CCTV, access control, and integrations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and management. Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.

AI & Digital Innovation:

Identify opportunities to improve hotel operations using AI and automation. Implement AI‑driven solutions to streamline workflows, reporting, communication, reservations, guest services, and administration.
