Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the data analytics/dashboard and web/app development service lines.
- Manage P&L for both functions.
- Oversee client delivery for dashboarding, reporting, and website builds.
- Manage team development across both technical skill sets.
Requirements
- Experience with project management and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Management of at least 10 people across multiple technical disciplines.
- Background in either data analytics or web development (with experience managing the other).
- Experience in an agency or professional services environment.
- Direct P&L ownership
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
