IT Manager Support - Infrastructure & Systems (Remote) Work From Home | Full-Time | AU Hours | PH-Based 
About the Role We are seeking a capable and hands-on IT Manager Support professional to support day-to-day IT operations across systems, users, and infrastructure for an Australian business. 
Working closely with the IT Manager, you will help keep Microsoft environments, servers, networks, and end-user systems running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. 
This role suits someone who can troubleshoot quickly, communicate clearly, and take ownership of issues from resolution through to prevention. 
Key Responsibilities Microsoft Environment (Core Focus)  
Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) 
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies through Azure AD / Entra ID 
Support email setup, migrations, troubleshooting, and spam/s...
