JOB DESCRIPTIONManage F5 BIG IP operations and maintenance, including WAF and load balancing.
Oversee operation and maintenance of network devices.
Track incidents and changes to provide professional resolutions and meet SLA requirements according to IT policy.
Assume technical ownership of networking projects and core business systems to ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
Develop and maintain business continuity and contingency plans, including disaster recovery, communication, escalation, and emergency operations plans.
Maintain documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations.
Identify and resolve network issues to enhance overall performance and reliability.
