Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT-related inquiries.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, CCTV, NVR, and other IT equipment.
  • Software Installation: Install, update, and configure software applications and operating systems on employee devices.
  • Work with the team to ensure security of all VOIP devices and servers, provide support for VOIP telephone systems, including softphones and PBX.

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, MS Teams Administration, and Office 365 Administration.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
