  • Provide first-level technical and operational support for business-critical applications and services in accordance with defined SLAs
  • Monitor application and infrastructure health using tools such as Datadog, Zabbix, Grafana, or similar platforms
  • Handle incident, problem, and service request management, including escalation and follow-up processes
  • Understand service criticality, escalation matrices, SLA management, RCA, and CAPA processes
  • Support deployment, release, maintenance, and daily operational activities
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, QA, and Business teams
  • Create and maintain operational documentation, reports, and knowledge base articles
