What You’ll Do
Incident & Request Management
- Monitor, attend, follow up, and close local incidents and service requests in alignment with ServiceDesk KPIs.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues affecting local infrastructure performance.
Project & Task Execution
- Manage, follow up, and close assigned local, divisional, and global IT projects or tasks.
- Coordinate planned activities with the Local IT Supervisor and ensure project deliverables are met.
Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance
- Maintain the smooth operation of the Local Area Network (LAN).
- Monitor all local infrastructure components using available monitoring tools.
- Coordinate third‑party maintenance for hardware, software, or network components.
- Manage the infrastructure lifecycle, ensuring appropriate upgrades and replacements.
