Required qualification:

  • Prior hands-on exposure to Aveva PI is required, even if at a junior or basic administrator/support level
  • Ability to perform basic PI support tasks directly, not just ticket coordination or administrative routing
  • General IT/OT support knowledge sufficient to provide basic support for Acronis and Adept;
    deep expertise in thosesystems is not required
  • Experience working in a ticket-driven support environment, including ownership of follow-up, coordination, and issue closure
  • Ability to assess routine technical issues, perform initial troubleshooting, and determine when escalation is appropriate
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple support items while maintaining follow-through and accountability
