Job Overview
This position’s primary responsibility is for Customer Service through supporting users IT requirements. Other responsibilities include incident support, troubleshooting problems according to TEIS policies, processes and procedures. This position will also require participation in digital factory initiative, departmental project work as needed, will help develop and implement a systematic approach to IT user education.
