About the Role

We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to support and improve engineering workplace operations across AirAsia MOVE. This role will focus on employee laptop and asset management, Slack and productivity tooling administration, Jira/Confluence support, and engineering workflow automation. This role goes beyond traditional IT support.
