IT Operations Manager

As an IT Operations Manager, you will lead the charge in establishing and maintaining a scalable, secure IT environment within a rapidly growing organization. This role encompasses managing IT systems, access, security, and user support, ensuring that our infrastructure supports the innovative work being done in AI development.

• Oversee core IT operations, including identity and access management, endpoint security, and user lifecycle processes.
• Manage MDM/EDR platforms (e.g., Jamf) to ensure device compliance and secure software deployment.
• Implement and maintain SSO/IdP integrations across various tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, AWS, and GCP.
