Job Requirements & Skills: -

• 12 years in IT infrastructure & operations
• Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM, SLAs, and compliance (ISO, SOC2)
• Experience managing data centers, cloud (Azure/AWS), and enterprise IT environments
• Bachelor's/Master s in IT or related field
• Relevant certifications: ITIL v4, PMP, Azure/AWS preferred
• IT Infrastructure Management (Windows/Linux, networking, storage)
• Cloud Ops (Azure, AWS), DR & BCP planning
• Monitoring & automation tools (SolarWinds, SCCM, scripting)
