Reporting to the Manager of IT Operations & Security, this position focuses on providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for IT applications and security issues. With over five years of experience in IT, you will manage operational processes and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). You will also mentor team members while leading IT projects, including system integrations and automated deployments.
