The Role: Powering our Europe & Africa Operations
As IT Operations Support, you are the technical heartbeat of our offices across Europe and Africa. You aren’t just responding to tickets; you are ensuring that our infrastructure runs smoothly, from high‑end post‑production setups to reliable cloud‑based Saa S tools for every team member.
Regional IT Operations Device & Asset Management: Own the full lifecycle of Apple and PC hardware—procurement, custom setup, and tracking—ensuring readiness from Amsterdam to Warsaw. Systems & Access: Manage user environments and L1-L2 support for our core stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Keeper) in line with global identity policies. Creative Infrastructure: Support our specialized post‑production environments, including NAS storage, workstations, and remote editing tools like Parsec.
