IT Platform Administrator

Overview

As an IT Platform Administrator, you will play a critical role in the operation, maintenance, development and security of the organization’s IT platforms. You will work closely with IT teams to help ensure the stability, performance and availability of our technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain IT platforms (on-premises and in the cloud)
• Ensure the availability, performance and reliability of IT environments
• Manage access, permissions and security configurations
• Monitor performance and resolve incidents
• Develop and maintain automation solutions to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks
• Document procedures and contribute to continuous improvement
• Collaborate with IT teams, users and suppliers
